With the opening of the Chillicothe Aquatic Center now weeks away, Pam Thieme, pool manager, works today on cleaning debris from the pool’s gutters. Before the pool opens, she says, the bath house will be repainted and the slides will be waxed. The pool will be filled three weeks prior to the pool's opening and lifeguards are scheduled to be trained the week before the pool opens on Memorial Day.
